Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders are shipped out 6 days a week Monday through Saturday through USPS first class mail, USPS Priority & UPS. Any major holidays will not be included in transit times. These include New Year's Day, MLK Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. 

USPS Postal Service normally takes 3 to 4 transit days but may take up to 10 days to reach you.  

International Shipping: We are happy to ship packages overseas. Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees.

Placing orders: Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. If you're having problems with the cart, you are welcome to phone in your order. Our phone number is 1866-305-7440. If you get the answering machine, please leave a message with your information and we will call you back.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within one hour of order placement. However, if you are using expedited shipping or shipping internationally, we cannot accept any changes, this is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. Please email your changes as soon as possible to info@scentualaroma.com. 

Damaged or Missing Orders: We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.  If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels.  Please email us with information. If you choose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address. If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

Returns: 

Skin & Body Care

Scentual Aroma accepts returns on most unused products within 15 days of receipt of purchase for refund or store credit. Please contact us or send an email to info@scentualaroma.com to resolve any discrepancies within 5 days of receipt of purchase. We will gladly refund the product price for eligible items that are unused and are in sale-able condition excluding the shipping & handling fees. Special sales items, percentage off discounts, perfumes, Skincare travel sets, Skincare routines, Curated routine boxes, limited editions, and promotional items are final sale!

Perfumes & Candles

Unfortunately, we don't offer return or exchange on our botanical perfumes or candles! If you are not familiar with our fragrance collections or scented candles, we recommend you contact us at info@scentualaroma.com for guidance with your selection. We do not send samples of our fragrances.
