Step 1: Apply a pea size of Replenish Gentle Cleansing Balm on to damp skin, massage to create a milky emulsion for 15 seconds. Rinse well with warm water and wipe away excess with clean damp cloth.

Step 2: Use our Balance Rose Hydrating Elixir daily after cleansing and before applying the Intensive Youth Concentrate and/ or the Beauty Balm.

Step 3: Massage Intensive Youth Concentrate into skin right after the booster morning and night for best results.

Step 4: Massage Beauty Balm into damp skin after cleanser, toner, booster and Intensive Youth Concentrate. Use as needed when skin is feeling sensitive or dry. Can be used as a deep restorative nourishing mask.

Step 5: Apply Eye Serum to the under eye area with the roller ball applicator and gently pat into skin. Use
morning and night for best results.

** Always use a clean dry spatula to scoop out the balms. Store in cool dry place.**

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

A: Our products are formulated to remain stable and effective for up to 18 months from the date of opening. As these are natural formulations, we recommend avoiding contamination during use and storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and quality.

Shipping: Orders are shipped out 5 days a week Monday through Friday through USPS first class mail or priority. Any major holidays will not be included in transit times. These include New Year's Day, MLK Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. 

USPS Postal Service normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to 10 days to reach you.  

International Shipping: We are happy to ship packages overseas. Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees.

Placing orders: Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. If you're having problems with the cart, you are welcome to phone in your order. Order Changes & Cancellations: Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within one hour of order placement. However, if you are using expedited shipping or shipping internationally, we cannot accept any changes, this is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. Please email your changes as soon as possible to info@scentualaroma.com. 

Damaged or Missing Orders: We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.  If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels.  Please email us with information. If you choose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address. If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
